In the event that a performance needs to be cancelled or postponed, we will of course offer full refunds or credits and you will be contacted directly in that instance. If a new date is announced, your existing ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.
Customer Cancellation Due to COVID:
In the event that you (the audience member) become sick due to COVID-19 or are required to self-isolate as a close contact, we will endeavour to provide a ticket credit where possible.
It is recommended that patrons aged 12 and over wear a face mask.
Health and Safety Measures:
We ask that you sanitise your hands on site, and where possible, maintain a one metre distance from others. If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, are awaiting COVID-19 test results, or if you have visited a location of interest, we ask that you stay home and do not enter our venues.
My Vaccine Pass:
My Vaccine Pass is not required for performances at this time.
