COVID Policy

It is our number one priority to ensure our audience members are safe. Please see our COVID-19 policy below:

Event Cancellations/Postponement:

In the event that a performance needs to be cancelled or postponed, we will offer full refunds or credits and you will be contacted directly in that instance. If a new date is announced, your existing ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Customer Cancellation Due to COVID:

In the event that you (the audience member) test positive for COVID, we will endeavour to provide a ticket credit where possible.

Health and Safety Measures:

We ask that you sanitise your hands at the venue, where possible. If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of COVID, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, or are awaiting COVID test results, we ask that you do not attend the performance.
